Hello,
My name is Lauren Harris, and I work for a charity called Sebastian's Action Trust, supporting families with life-limited/life-threatening conditions. A family has been referred to us, who's 4 year old boy, has just been diagnosed with a terminal brain tumour, given just a month-6 weeks to live. They are from Ireland, but are hoping to come to Basingstoke (we have a purpose built respite holiday home) for a break in May. I was just wondering if they did come over, if they could have some photo's done of them.
If you would like to contact me on the above number to discuss further, that would be great.
I look forward to hearing from you.

Kind Regards

Lauren Harris

Dear Liz,

Thank you for coming back to me - it's great to hear that hopefully we will be able to sort something out.

I have copied in my deputy, as I am about to go on annual leave for a week. We are hoping to hear from the family on Wednesday, as to when they are hoping to come. As soon as we know, we shall contact you to hopefully arrange a date. If they do come, they will arrive on the Friday, and then leave on the Tuesday, so maybe a Monday would be possible. Obviously, I would need to check that the family is happy to have these photo's done - which I'm sure they will!

I will fill out the form today for you.

Thanks again, and I look forward to hopefully getting a date in!

Kind Regards

Lauren Harris

Dear Lauren,

How incredibly sad, I have just put a shout out to our photographers but I know we will have someone that is able to cover. We will need this online form filled out.

What amazing work you do, I just scrolled through your Facebook Page, we already have had an incredible photographer offer to help, but week days are better for her would that be possible?

I would prefer to use this one as her work is beautiful and she will produce some lovely images for the family.

With Kind Regards

Liz Wood on behalf of Team Butterfly.
